Mission Trip Payment Form

*This form is for returnable payments and non-gift payments (i.e. paying for your personal trip, side trips, extended stays, et al) only, NOT trip donations*

If the fundraising deadline for a trip is approaching, participants have the option of paying their remaining balance through a returnable payment. By paying the balance in this manner, you have the opportunity to continue to fundraise. Following the completion of your trip, any funds raised up to the amount paid via returnable payment are eligible for reimbursement to you (pending all outstanding team expenses have been paid and there is a positive balance in the team account).

Please note that (1) this payment method is not tax-deductible, and (2) ONLY returnable payments are refundable pending the amount of funds raised and must be designated as such at the time of submission; all other payments are non-refundable.
